INTRODUCTION

Agreement Overview:
These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between [Vidyaxcel], hereinafter referred to as the "Consultancy," and the client, hereinafter referred to as the "Client."
Services Offered:
The Consultancy agrees to provide study overseas services to the Client, including but not limited to academic counseling, application assistance, visa guidance, and other related services as mutually agreed upon.
Client Responsibilities:
The Client agrees to provide accurate and truthful information required for the application process. The Client is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary documentation, such as academic transcripts, test scores, and financial records.
Consultancy Obligations:
The Consultancy will strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding study programs, universities, and immigration regulations. The Consultancy is not responsible for the final admission decision made by the educational institutions or visa-issuing authorities.
Fees and Payments:
The Client agrees to pay the Consultancy fees as outlined in the fee structure provided. Payments are non-refundable once the services have been initiated, except as otherwise specified in this Agreement.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
The Client may cancel the services within a specified period for a partial refund, as outlined in the Consultancy's refund policy. The Consultancy reserves the right to retain a portion of the fees for services rendered up to the cancellation date.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information obtained during the provision of consultancy services, including but not limited to academic records, financial information, and personal details.
Limitation of Liability:
The Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the services provided.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Jurisdiction.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable time.
Miscellaneous:
Any changes or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
By engaging the services of Vidyaxcel Education Consultancy, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
