55% and above in previous academics (Though preference will be given to the candidates with 60% and above). Students in the range of 55%-60% can be accommodated if they opt for Bridging program of 4 Months (1 Semester – Additional Tuition Fee of $10,000CAD)

BIOLOGY PROGRAMS AFTER GRADE 12 (BACHELOR’S PROGRAMS) DO NOT REQUIREGRADE 12TH MATHS. IF THE UNIVERSITY REQUIRES, THE STUDENT WILL HAVE TO APPEAR FOR AN ADDITIONAL MATH COURSE IN THE FIRST SEMESTER OFSTUDIES (AT NO ADDITIONAL FEES).

Skidmore: Double occupancy in our newest building, suite style with a bathroom and mini-lounge shared by two adjoining rooms

Douglas 6/7: Double occupancy, bathroom shared by two adjoining rooms. These rooms are equipped with a mini fridge and microwave.

STANDARD ROOM: South Fraser, North Fraser: Double occupancy, communal washroom shared by 14-16 students.

ECONOMY ROOM: Douglas 2/3, 4/5, 8/9 & Douglas North: Double occupancy in older, marginally smaller room, communal washroom. Northwest: Double occupancy, bathroom shared by two adjoining rooms. All rooms have bunk beds.

COMMUNITY DORM STYLE HOUSING: Robson: Structured to provide students with a community living situation that allows for preparation of some meals. Bathroom shared between 4 residents.
