USA or UK which is the best place to study Engineering

It depends where you want to work. If you are looking at working in the USA then a US degree is probably the best. If you are looking at working anywhere else then a UK degree is probably more useful.
To work professionally as an engineer you really need to get chartered status or its equivalent. This is generally bit easier from a UK degree than from a US one.
